Your role

As a Financial Controller at Zanders, you'll play a pivotal role in our financial team, ensuring a smooth and efficient monthly closing process. You'll take the lead in crafting monthly internal management reports, providing valuable insights to guide our decision-making. Your expertise will also shine as you prepare external reporting, acting as our main point of contact for external auditors, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial matters.

Beyond the routine, you'll be an integral part of our culture of continuous improvement. Your initiative will drive process enhancements, making our financial operations even more effective. And for those with a penchant for leadership, there are opportunities to take the helm on various improvement projects, from reporting to tax, and even M&A. To excel in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role is required.
Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Accountancy (RA), with expertise in NL GAAP and preferably IFRS.
Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, and proficiency in German is a valuable addition.
Candidates must demonstrate experience in working with and enhancing ERP and reporting systems.
Efficient Excel skills are a necessity.
