Experienced Investment Management Lawyer
We are looking to expand the financial regulatory group within our investment management department and therefore looking for experienced associates with 4-8 years of experience. Experience in financial regulatory topics relating to the asset management sector, including the AIFMD, MiFID II, IFD/IFR, PRIIPS regulation, SFDR/Taxonomy and Wwft/Sw is preferred. A broad-based skill set, including exposure to contract law and corporate matters is a plus. This is a great opportunity for associates to join our growing investment management platform, working on high end, sophisticated investment management regulatory matters within a supportive group and firm.
The Investment Management practice group consists of 70 lawyers, tax advisers and support staff. The team is mainly based in Amsterdam and Luxembourg. It is a multidisciplinary team (legal, tax and regulatory) and to a large extent integrated with other practice groups. Our staff are both attorneys at law and tax advisers who offer a full range of investment management services to our clients. Loyens & Loeff is one of the largest continental European specialist groups in the investment management practice.
Your responsibilities:
- advising on high profile and complex financial regulatory issues in the asset management sector;
- providing client solutions in a practical, commercial and professional way;
- educate and train junior associates;
- business development and knowhow.
