Your job
As a Business Developer in our BaaS (Banking as a Service) & Innovation team, you play a vital role in ensuring that our stakeholders' needs and requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Your focus is on Compliance, regulations, payments and procedures ensuring compliancy with external regulations and internal processes. In this role, you will work closely with our team to analyse any externally imposed change and determine how this impacts our applications and processes. You will also identify any changes needed to optimise our internal processes, ensuring that we continue to operate efficiently.
A responsibility will be coordinating and testing developed changes with our stakeholders. Your attention to detail is critical. You will work as part of a scrum team, collaborating with other Business Developers, IT Engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Due to the small size of the BaaS & Innovation Team a hands-on mentality is key.

Working environment
You will work in the BaaS Block of the ABN AMRO Clearing GRID. The team consists of Business Developers and IT Engineers. The team works in an agile way with two week sprints. A Product Owner sets the priorities for the sprints in consultation with stakeholders. The team is highly professional and has an informal way of working with each other. We aim to deliver the team goals together and don't like people who are only interested in their own successes.

Your profile
We are looking for a pragmatic and structured person that is willing to work together in a team with Business Developers and IT Engineers.
You are:
- Fun to work with and eager to make the team succeed
- You like it to dive into legal and compliance related matters and write documents
- Used to working in an international environment - English is a must. Cultural sensitivity is very important as you will work with different nationalities
- You have experience with business analysis within the financial sector
- In-depth knowledge on banking regulations and payments processes is preferred
- Used to working in an environment in which IT is a strong enabler for business
- Able to work with externally imposed deadlines and the resulting stress and responsibility
- Not afraid to dive into details - you go a few levels deeper than the Powerpoint level and know how to document these details efficiently

- A gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary scale is based on knowledge, experience and the potential you bring
